“So… you’ve lost your soul? Last couple of days I talked a lot with my colleagues about how the small market such as Serbia can limit your creativity and your way to express yourself through photography. We’ve all been there at one point, doing the same repetitive shots, angles, type of post processing. And recently I did another Fashion Week. The effort people put in looking perfect, using plastic surgery to the point where they have no more freedom to express any normal emotion on their face. Yeah… you look pretty, but your eyes soon begin to give you away. A lot of lost souls. A lot of “I HAVE TO”. You don’t have to anything that doesn’t really please you or your inner spirit. Stay true to who you are. Don’t let the consumer market consumes your soul as well. Don’t turn into a pile of nothing. So, I was taking a walk with a friend of mine and as soon as I saw the window shop dummies, it immediately gave me an idea. To present the way I see all those people. Plastic, perfected poses, perfect posture, perfect angle, stripped down from any personal style.”
