Hamelin, Germany based artist Sebastian Krüger was born in June 30, 1963. He studied painting with Prof. Dörfler at the Braunschweig University of Fine Arts, after that he has created a stunning reputation as a designer in number of cover spreads for the press in Germany and abroad and as an illustrator and creative designer of various LP covers. German artist is very well known for his new pop art, he has painted some hyper realistic portraits of Hollywood celebrities. Sebastian has managed to capture the basic essence of his subjects in each of these paintings. The defining feature of his work is the creative reflection about the apparatus of media presentation and the manic iconography of contemporary picture production.
