“I’m an italian illustrator. I graduated from European Institute of Design in 1996. Wildlife enthusiast, I worked as a natural history illustrator for magazines, field guides, food packaging and exhibitions, including Bologna Children’s Book Fair.
In 1999 I started a 5-year collaboration with Dami Int., a publishing house specializing in picture books for pre-school children.
I currently work as a freelance illustrator for the children’s, teen markets and for art licensing projects.”
“Digital Illustration was in great demand and I was not prepared. I was also very afraid about trading my watercolor box for a pen and tablet. The whole experience turned out to be incredibly rewarding. I now mostly work digitally, combining traditional techniques with digital collage.”
