A Scanner Darkly – Photographer Daniel Jackson captures an avant-garde editorial for the June issue of Dazed & Confused. Inspired by the works of fashion illustrator René Gruau, models Ava Smith, Codie Young, and Madison Headrick are transformed to look like rough drawings by make up artist Yadim. Stylist Karen Langley (Total Management) selects several minimalist pre-fall 2012 pieces from labels such as Christian Dior, Yves Saint Laurent, and Céline to go with the simple aesthetics of the story.
