Ichiro Tsuruta is a Japanese artist born in 1954 in Kumamoto prefecture. He graduated from the department of graphic design at Tama Art College and worked on Western-style and realistic-style illustrations. She then became interested in the concept of beauty in Japanese tradition and Buddhist art.
