If you love cooking shows and horror, you’re going to want to tune in to Netflix’s new goth baking show, The Curious Creations of Christine McConnell. The series features baker/model/artist Christine McConnell whipping up a variety of food, baked goods, and crafts based on her love of horror and the macabre. She accompanied by burlesque icon Dita Von Teese, and a handful of Henson Alternative puppets as her co-stars.

“#BohemianRhapsody will be in theaters Nov 2nd and @20thCenturyFox asked me to make a cake for an event they’re having on Freddie’s Birthday today! I’ve always loved Queen and am nothing if not gaudy, so I went a little over the top… It’s a Victoria Sponge cake with a white Chocolate bust of #FreddieMercury. Everything is edible and delicious aside from the supports and the gum paste roses… which taste like sugared drywall,” she wrote.
